1. Taking anti-inflammatories
The effectiveness of these medicines may be reduced if you take them on an empty stomach. Never take anti-inflammatories on an empty stomach, drink at least a glass of milk so you do not have any pain or other problems.
2. Drinking coffee
Are you the kind of person who gets out of bed and has a cup of coffee? Know that this habit may be doing harm to your stomach and causing heartburn. Skipping breakfast can also lower the levels of serotonin, the substance responsible for the well-being. If you can not avoid the habit of drinking coffee before anything else, try at least mixing it with milk.
3. Drinking alcoholic beverages
