9 steps to overcome fear and speak well in public
Communicate in public … What for some people is simple and part of the routine can be, for others, a nightmare! To train this attention in itself will allow the person to actually practice this perception and correct what he perceives to be necessary, instead of leaving the body in an automatic state, running the risk of being in the microphone, moving in a funny way, keeping his hands in his pockets in an excessive way.
3. Evaluate yourself
Some simple tips can make a difference for anyone who wants to speak well in public and/or lose the fear of doing so: study the content in question, rehearse in front of the mirror, and maybe even tape this essay so you can evaluate it calmly. Recognizing what is not legal about speech, posture, gestures or even trying to figure out what causes fear is a fundamental measure and will make all the difference!
